Our Client:
One of the largest manufacturers and global suppliers for critical care high -end medical technology products is currently hiring a Country Sales Manager.
The Responsibilities:
* In charge of Sales and Marketing of the products and profit of the country.
* Compose sales forecasts, budget for product promotions and recruitment strategies for the team.
* Lead a team of both Sales and Marketing staffs.
* Supervise the flow of products to warehouses and to point of sale.
* Gather and analyze information relevant market trends, competitors and customers to determine strategy in market development.
* Build strong relationship with KOLs and key accounts.
The Requirements:
* Minimum of 8 years of successful Medical Device sales experience within critical care, cardio or endovascular industry.
* Experience in leading a team.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Good presentation skills .
