Job Description

* Assist and coordinate with merchandising, administrative duties and promotional activities

* Assisting the stores in day-to-day merchandising issues.

* Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximize income/terms/discounts to improve sales and profitability of category

* Handle queries from suppliers and work closely with them to ensure timely submission on proposals

* Generate and analyze all weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report

* Liaise and work with Operations team & Marketing department for in store promotions

* Maintain good communications with all departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless executions of all initiatives, projects and planogram roll out

* Liaise with key business partners in evaluating category performance and trend opportunities

* Conduct sell through analysis, to identify the best-sellers/market needs in view of increasing store

* Liaise & co-ordinate with vendors for smooth arrangements.

* Liaise with 3PL and logistics department to follow up shipments (air/sea shipments)

* Monitor stocks inventory levels, ensure stocks held in-store are within limits and replenishment and stock aging.

* Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

* 2-3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry and has relevant merchandising and purchasing skills
* Strong knowledge in Microsoft office skills
* Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
* Good interpersonal and communications skills, meticulous,
* Strong organization and planning skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a multi task environment
* Ability to work with autonomy as well as collaboratively with team members
* Good written, oral, listening and presentation skills
* Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Attention to details while working in a fast paced environment
* Motivated, meticulous, results oriented, professionalism and open to change as business requires
* Resourceful and problem solver and independent and with initiative
