A successful Financial Advisory company which have about 150 employees

We are now looking for a Director to support our business to the next stage together
The Resposibilities:
* Planning all business strategies to grow business bigger
* Giving coaching session to both Managers and Financial Consultants
* Build and maintain long lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
The Requirements:
* At least 7-10 years of financial advisory or relevant experience
* At least 3-5 years of management experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: City
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
