One of the growing Medical Technology manufacturers in the region, specialising in critical care devices, is currently expanding and hiring.
The Role:
* Responsible in leading a team of R&D Engineers
* In charge of new product development lifecycle, product transfer activities and projects for continuous improvements
* A subject Matter Expert for technical guidance and supports to cross-functional teams
The Requirements :
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in R&D Medical device or similar regulated environment
* Proven knowledge and experience in project management and technology development
* A strong technical leader with good product design and process development skills
