Our Client:

Our client is a one of the renowned Japanese leading MNC firm dealing with Electric Machinery

The Resposibilities:

* To lead & manage Field Service Section, include but not limited to:
* Manage maintenance portfolio for the designated projects, including service contract offers and deliverables Ie: Hold daily in house meetings to manage issues, hold regular meeting with building management to build rapport and manage complaints, manage staff performance and disciplinary, manage internal and external compliance, manage SAP user and etc
* Manage company external vendors Ie: quality management, cost management, manage vendor performance and etc
* Proactive in modernization Ie: Update client with company new innovations and new products, encourage modernization solution, and etc
* Inventory management
* Project management
* Staff management and engagement

The Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or its equivalent
* At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in lift industry and sound knowledge in lift and escalator technology, including 5 years in managerial level
* Good leadership and organisation skills
* Proven communication and inter-personnel skills, with all levels of internal and external customers
* Achiever with self-motivation attributes
* Good at team building and staff motivation
* Mature personality, with well-balanced customer-oriented & company-oriented attributes
