Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading construction company in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for the HR & Admin Manager who manage the HR and Admin team includes IT section as well.
The Responsibilities:
Oversees the HR, Admin and IT Department
* Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.
* Develop and streamline HR policies, processes and SOPs
* Provide advice and guidance to other departments on HR related matters
* Responsible for administrative functions such as office leases, company car leases, office equipment leases, office maintenance, requisition of office stationaries, pantry items, etc
* Organize company events
* Formulate procedures and policies to ensure that office resources and equipment are correctly utilized
* Establish and maintain close rapport with government agencies and institutions
* Undertake other HR and administrative projects
* Liaise with corporate Secretary on corporate matters
* Any other ad hoc duties
The Requirements:
* Degree holder , with minimum of 15 years' relevant experience
* Proficient in IT skills, with experience in implementing HRMS
* Good communication and EQ skills
