Our Client:

My client is a technological company and is one of the fastest growing business in the world. In order to alleviate such growth they are looking for an HR Business Partner Leader.

The Role:

* Designing and implementation of HR projects and working closely with the business line to develop HR strategies
* Recognizing and retorting to HR related problems simultaneously developing key strategies strategy and plans
* Handling end to end HR projects covering but not limited to - Talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, Performance evaluation
* Developing practical strategies to encourage employee initiatives, development, and goal achieving
* Advocating and promoting company value, mission and culture
* Providing suitable coaching and feedback to leaders and individual contributors

The Requirements:

* Should have more than 10 years of working experience in relevant domain
* Must have hands-on experience with at least two HR functions, overall knowledge of HR full functions
* Should have global HR experience is required.
* Must be a driven HR professional with great interpersonal and problem-solving skillset
* Should be open to travelling
* Must have the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
