Job description

Our Client:

Our Client is one of the top leading heavy industrial engineering company in Japan.

Their Singapore office is looking for the energetic individual to join IT division.

The Resposibilities:

* ICT Support for users of Regional ICT Services - Inquiry response, trouble shooting
* Report, Confirmation and Negotiation with HQ/ICT Administrator in Japan about ICT support
* Proposal to improve ICT support and operation process
* ICT Asset Management - Computers, Server, Network, Mobile Phone, Software Licenses etc.
* Procedure of contract and application for ICT procurement
* Procedure of application for ICT Service Usage
* Related roles assigned by Regional ICT Manager

The Requirements:

* 2-3 years of relevant working experience of ICT support
* Knowledge of ICT (Computer, Software, Network) to support L2 layer class
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email (Office 365)
* Ability to read/write/converse in fluent Japanese is required to liaise and communicate with Japan HQ
* Able to work independently as well as an effective team player, possess positive working attitude, energetic and proactive
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
* A hands on person with initiative, confident and able to communicate effectively
