Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a growing MNC that provides products and solutions that Measure, Monitor, Decontaminate and Extend industrial fluids.

The Role:

* You will serve as the Regional Head who will scale the growth of the APAC business. This includes managing a team of sales professionals while achieve your personal targets, and oversee Singapore office operations.
* You will take the lead in key account management and supporting existing channel partners by equipping them with the necessary trainings, expert solutions, marketing and promotional activities to help achieve their targets.
* You will also proactively direct and indirect sales opportunities to increase market reach.
* Most importantly, you will act as an internal and external advocate to position the company's value proposition of cost savings and extending the life of customers' assets.

The Requirements:

* You will have tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Business.
* You are a seasoned sales professional with 10 years of experience in industrial lubricants business, 3 - 5 years of which in a people management role.
* You have a strong technical background in industrial lubricant applications in Machinery, Heavy Equipment, Oil & Gas, and Refineries.
* You have a demonstrated ability in distributor management.
* You are ambitious, Self-Driven and Proactive in achieving goals and growing businesses and people for the long-term.
