Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest travel retailer in the world and leading the market with innovation and excellent customer service. As a first stepper of the business, they have successfully made headway into overseas market as well.
The Responsibilities:
* General operations and administrative support to the Ops Manager
* Manage stationery and packaging requests, ordering, sourcing of supplies for Operations
* Manage the ordering and distribution of uniform for new hires in Operations
* Responsible for the seasonal and daily airport pass applications / renewal / cancellation for employees in the company
* Responsible to track and monitor CAG mandatory training registrations & certifications / refresher registration for all Operations employees
* Point of contact for all contract vendors such as cleaners, taxi and security vendors etc
The Requirements:
* Proficient in Excel / Word / PowerPoint
* Pleasant personality and good communication skills is important for this role
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail industry
* Able to start work immediately or within very short notice
