Our Client:
Our client comes with a glorious history of over hundred years and is a household name for various gastronomic fixings. They are currently looking for Sales admin and logistic executive.
The Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for performing duties in SAP system like managing customer master maintenance as well as maintaining discount / rebate in Condition Master Maintenance
* Will be responsible for receiving purchase order and stales order
* Will also issue invoice, after stocks are confirmed and picked
* Should be responsible for order creation and coordination
* Should be responsible for generating monthly reports
* Must liaise with 3PL warehouse and communicate on delivery arrangement
* Should also verify damaged, return stocks in 3PL, upon request
* Should check billing Invoices from logistics supplier and update in tracking report
* Should be responsible for negotiating with logistics supplier for the purpose of optimizing cost efficiency
The Requirements:
* Must have 2-5 years' experience in a similar capacity
* Should be diploma or degree holder in relevant discipline
* Must be prepared to work independently, under pressure
* Should possess a high sense of responsibility
* Should have strong verbal & communication skills
* Must have excellent excel skills and SAP knowledge
