About Our Client And Role:
Our client, is currently seeking for a AR Assistant to join the team for a 7 months contract. You will provide support in Accounts Receivable & invoicing activities and related reporting.
The Responsibilities:
* To support Finance & Accounting Team Lead in daily finance operations including but not limited to accounts receivables & invoicing
* Daily AR updates
* Debt collecting via channels such as calls, emails
* Matching of supporting documents and resolving customer issues
* Generate and send out monthly statement of accounts
* Any other ad-hoc task assigned
The Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience / entry level position
* Meticulous, strong interpersonal skills and willing to learn
