Our Client:

Our client one of the world's leading IT Company who are always at the forefront when it comes to changing people's life across the world and is now looking for a Global HR Business partner.

The Responsibilities:

* Should work and understand overseas HR group and apply industry-leading practices and talents to make organizational development plan according to the long-term strategic goals
* Should diagnose the organizational problems and provide sound solutions accordingly
* Should participate in various projects and policy-landing in COE and HRBP, these will include but not be limited to - Performance Management, Campus Recruitment, HC and talent review
* Should manage employee relationships and in lieu improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Should work towards developing employee's sense of Company Value by various means: Learning and Development, Performance Management, Incentive management, constant communication, etc.

The Requirements:

* Must be a passionate and driven HR personnel who strives for excellence and believes in creating industry best leading practices
* Must have 5 or more years working experience in COE or HRBP in an MNC
* Must have an exposure of handling medium or large HR projects (An overseas work experience will be considered as a plus)
* Must have strong communication skills
* Must have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
