Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading health care companies. They are looking for an Accounting Finance /Sales Support.
The Responsibilities:
* Quarterly GST return preparation.
* Prepare budget and financial forecasts
* Month-end and year-end accounts closing
* Preparing profit and loss statement and balance sheet
* Assist in year-end assessment tax computation and support
* Assist in year-end closing and budgeting, quarterly consolidation package.
* Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable maintenance
* Accounts reconciliation, e.g. trade and trade accruals, creditors
* Adhoc support for all accounting and finance duties
* Participate in the meeting as sales support (Once a week)
* Inventory management, slips, shipping
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting
* Preferably more than 2 years relevant experience in Accounting (Fullset)
* Analytical skills and Problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Good communication skills and able to collaborate with different functions
* Experience in sales support is advantageous
* Venture minded
