Our Client:
Title: Delivery Driver (with logistic experience)
A newly opened cafe-style restaurant, owned by one of our MNC client is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and will be able to deliver items in a safe and timely manner.
The Responsibilities:
* You will be working as a Solo Driver
* Collecting products from Singapore customs and delivering to client's repackaging station (might be on weekends)
* Planning for Logistic and deliveries for the day
* Perform loading and unloading of goods from vehicle
* Delivery of goods (including seafood, vegetables and fruits) to client's members across Singapore
* Assist in packing and repacking of products
* Assigned to Ecommerce team on non-delivery days for other assignments and duties (Data-entry, updating of products information on our systems and others)
* Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
The Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering goods with a Good Delivery and clean Driving Records
* Willing to work on weekends
* Possess valid Singapore Class 3 License (experience in driving a 10ft, 12ft or 14ft truck)
* Familiar with Singapore route
* Computer literate and will be able to assist the Ecommerce Team on Non-delivery days
* Excellent communication skill, able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Native Mandarin speaking internal and external colleague
* Able to work alone
