Our client is a leading company dealing with an upmarket personal care need product located in Bugis. They looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator to join their sales team and help achieve their goals.
You will serve as a point of contact for the sales associates, with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the sales manager.
Sales and Marketing
Sales order processing - Sales order / Purchase order / Delivery order / Invoicing
Issuance of booking sheet from stores
Sales associate's roster planning
Liaise with merchandise department to ensure timely deliveries
Stay up to date with new products and features
Reply customers enquiries and handle daily E-commerce activities
Assist in all special events e.g. Mother's Day, GSS, etc. (you may be required to work on weekends if the promotion day happen to be on a weekend)
Support sales manager in sales operations matter e.g. consolidating and overseeing month-end stock taking, store packing and etc.
Update daily sales and generate monthly sales report
Prepare market trend analysis report
Display efficiency in gathering marketing and customer information regarding variance in pricing, delivery, customer specification and promotional mechanisms
Ensure that product pricing is correctly applied in stores
Provide information on how to prepare specifications for purchases and requisition procedures
Recommend revision of requisitions to stores and warehouse to take advantage of quantity or delivery concessions
Provide liaison assistance between stores and warehouse. Communicate with stores and warehouse to exchange information, resolve discrepancies, correct errors and clarify issues related to invoices, statements, orders and deliveries
Update master data list for POS system e.g. prices, discounts and product code
Take calls, social media inquiries or email from buyers, sales associate, departmental stores and customers. Promptly alerting sales manager to any urgent issues
Provide, assist and support sales and administration in all other matters
Compilation of sales associate's incentives
Data entry of sales associate punch card's hours into excel template
Assisting Sales Manager / Managing Director
Any ad-hoc matter when assigned
Our ideal candidate is organized, meticulous, goal-orientated and punctual
Prefer to have minimum 1 year experience in B2C sales / marketing/ strong sales support experience
Knowledge of the entire sales process cycle
Minimum Diploma holder
Excellent communication skills to handle customers up till management level
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders and associates
