Job Description
* Providing trade support
* Handling of import/export shipping documents presented by bank or customers
* Documentations on receiving export/import order, LC, sales billing, etc on SAP.
* Processing of daily funding arrangement at bank for payment
* Back up for new customer/supplier development related to steel raw materials
The requirements
* Immediate starters preferred
* Minimum Diploma qualification
* Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
* PC skills including MS office, Word, MS outlook and Excel
* Ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines
* Excellent Communication skills with a positive attitude
