About Our Client and the Role:

Our client is a fast paced and leading property development firm with close to 3 decades of outstanding business operation within Asia Pacific. With numerous well diversified assets under its portfolio and on a regional scale, our client is looking to hire a well-connected and enterprising Leasing Manager for sub-urban mall(s) on East of Singapore. This role reports to the Head of Department and Head of Centre Management.

The Responsibilities:

* Devising and execution leasing plan
* Administer and monitor all tenant agreements to ensure it is renewed and in orderly manner
* Convince existing tenants to renew leases and prospect new tenants for any vacancies within the assigned portfolio
* Forecast rental projections, review rental budget and tabulate all management reports etc
* Foster good tenant/ landlord relationships
* Oversee handover and takeover of vacant sites
* Provide strategic leadership to the leasing team
* Ensure timeliness in securing renewals and new leases to maintain the mall's occupancy at budgeted levels
* Monitor and analyze lessees' business performance to identify poor performers for replacement, manage and track arrears to ensure that there is no risk exposure as per company's operating standards
* Lead and drive potential asset enhancement plan

The Requirements:

* Possess a minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing or its equivalent
* Minimum 6 years of experience in retail leasing from the perspective of a developer Or REIT firm
* Those with strong network in F&B, FMCG, Retail and home grown brand owners will be preferred for this position
* Desired soft attributes for this role are: meticulousness, enterprising, resourcefulness and high positivity
* You should possess a valid RES license from CEA
