Our Client:
Our Client is a leading company dealing with an upmarket personal care need product.
They are looking for a qualified Sales Associate to join their sales team and help them achieve their goals.
The Responsibilities:
* Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistency and achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers
* Provide consistence high standards of customer experience within the Stores in accordance with brand values and service standards
* Fully in-charge of stock take, inventory management and stock replenish in assigned stores and communicate to Sales manager if the stocks is below the safety stock level in the store
* Actively participate in new store openings and/ or store closings as well as upcoming stores events at all times
* Accountable for ensuring execution and maintenance of the visual guidelines set up for each store as well as fulfilling or exceeding standards in term of the visual presentation
* Maintain physical condition of the store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to Sales manager in a timely manner
* Required to comply with all Policies and Procedures, Code of Conduct and operational core competencies and key accountabilities
* Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment
The Requirements:
* Possess Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Primary Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, any field
* Chinese speaking candidate is required for the role to deal with Mandarin speaking customers
* At least 1 year of experience in related field
* Able to work with 1 day off and 44 hour work per week
* Willing to travel to other stores (2 stores in Orchard)
