Our Client:
Our Client is a leading global provider of rotating equipment and services.
The Responsibilities:
* Execute all daily incoming & outgoing inspections and tests of the scope and character necessary to achieve the required quality according the drawings and specifications for all works in the workshop
* Cary out inspection (NDT; PMI; Welding; Casting; Coating and Material Inspection) checking for all quality related procedures in the workshop and ensures that the activities are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan
* Carry out and adhere to the company's QEHS policy
* Coordinate with the customer representative and workshop coordinator for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report
* Control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System
* Safekeep QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance Reports
* Ensures the quality and workmanship of every activity in the workshop
* Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
* Ascertain that all workshop activities are carried out according to the time frame
* Submits complete service report to Service Supervisor promptly
* Support Supervisor & Coordinator for other matters relating to service & repair.
The Requirements:
* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* 5 years of hands on experience in repairing pump equipment
* 5 years of relevant QA/QC Experience
* Possesses at least NDT Level I in MPI or LPT
