About Our Client and the Role:
This is an amazing opportunity with an international property developer in Singapore. They are looking to expand their team and is seeking for an individual who specialises in Quantity Surveying to be a part of their expanding team.
The Responsibilities:
* Monitoring budgets, commitments and alterations on various projects
* Contracts administration, including payment, claims and V.O
* Work with a team of Quantity Surveyors in pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration of fast-track projects
The Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification
* Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Quantity Surveyors
* Has a strong building services background
