Our Client:
This role is with one of our client, a leading Multinational Tech company, global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
The Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for understanding the client requirements, project planning, scheduling, risk/issues identification and implementation
* Will handle BPM implementation methodology like SmartBPM, Scrum and onshore-offshore mode
* Oversee the implementation of project on daily basis to ensure on time and quality are met
* Actively contribute to architectural decision and ensure delivered software meets business requirements
The Requirements:
* At least 4 yrs experience in Pega or Pega PRPC base product with good hands on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series and frameworks
* Hands on experience in OOAD, architecture definition
* Working experience on database SQL programming
* Experience with client facing management role at onsite/offshore
* CSA/CSSA/CMBB/CBA/CLSA certification is an advantage
* Experience in business development activities like proposal response, solution building, client presentation
* Strong leadership and people management skill
