Our Client:
Our client is the leading Chemical trading company. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore (regional headquarter).
The Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationship with suppliers and customers
* Develop New business
* Follow up and collection of outstanding payments
* Collect information from customers and suppliers and report to management on a daily basis
* Prepare Monthly Sales Report and update forecast every month
* Issue POs and forecasts to suppliers, stock control
* Control Customers forecasts
* Make Sales Budget
* Negotiate price with suppliers and customers
* Coordinate and Work closely with the logistics, admin and any other team in the office
* Travelling to SEA
The Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Export & Import sales business
* Minimum Degree in any discipline
* Experience and knowledge of MS Office
* Japanese speaking candidate is required for the role to liaise with Native Japanese speaking internal and external stakeholders.
