Our Client:
Our Client is a leading online broker company with global presence.
The Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice on a range of legal matters (commercial, financial, regulatory, corporate, IP, IT, data protection, etc.); Budget management, PO review/approvals & spend tracking
* Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation
* Manage client disputes like litigation, dispute resolution and settlement negotiation
* Support/manage ad-hoc commercial projects within the region
The Requirements:
* Coming from top tier law firm, with PQE over 5 years
* With Financial Services background or work with Financial Services clients
* Independent, good business mindset
* Legal advisor to the business and how things can be done from a business perspective
