Our Client and The Role:
Our client is well diversified property investment firm looking for a versatile leasing specialist with experiences in leasing of commercial, retail and residential property. This role will report to the Head of Leasing and will be overseeing a mix portfolio.
The Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and securing of tenants for the assigned portfolio
* Negotiation of feasible lease terms and rates
* Close monitoring and follow up on existing lease tenure
* Fostering of strong lessor-lessee relationship
* Strategic leadership oversight to the team's performance
The Requirements:
* Graduate with a minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing or equivalent
* Relevant 6 years' of mix experience in leasing of commercial, retail and residential properties
* Consistent in follow up, in-tune with Singapore's rental and property development
* Customer oriented and strong stake holder management background will be preferred for the role
