Our client is a major part of the global supply chain for the industrial manufacturing industry, involved in a wide range of sectors including food and beverages, retail, chemicals, petrochemical, construction, pharmaceutical, health care and more.
The Role:
As the Strategic Business Development Director, you'll be involved in achieving long term top-line growth of the business for the Southeast Asia region.
* Directly managing the business development team, sales managers and business executives
* Achieving revenue growth targets through effective management of regional teams
* Developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for the business
* Identifying market opportunities for business growth and expansions
* Collaborating with the various business units to develop and drive mergers, acquisitions and investment plans
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and above
* Ideally from the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of revenue growth
* Prior people management experience across various Southeast Asia countries
