Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading Electronics trading companies with its headquarters in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for a Sales Assistant.

The Resposibilities:

* Manage and support delivery tasks such as replying delivery information to customers, coordinating with customers and suppliers on delivery date, issuing invoices for delivery etc.
* Failure Analysis and Quality Assurance
* Retrieve Customer Purchase order from website.
* Input Sales order
* Inform forwarder and Logistics contractor for the container ETA SIN.
* Follow up with arrival notice and ensure No storage charges.
* Sorting of invoices to Customer for Accounts Department.
* Update invoice summary to logistics partner
* Input and issue Purchase order to supplier.
* Get acknowledgement from supplier.
* Update supplier delivery date in system.
* Respond to new inquiries (Get quotation from Supplier)
* Quotation & Cost down
* Issue Debit & Credit note with manager's approval.
* Inform EOL or Fadeout information to Customer
* Issue cancellation or return material form to Supplier
* Issue sample request form to Supplier.
* Coordinate collection between logistics contractors.
* Solution for delivery discrepancy.
* Mailing to documents to Customer & Supplier
* Filing all documents

The Requirements:

* Minimum 3years experience in Sales assistant or Sales Coordinator or Sales support role
* Electronics industry experience is an advantage
* Experience in semiconductors (Renesas) and connectors (Molex) will be an added advantage
