Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading providers of analytical and lab instruments for process industries.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop ICT Fixture Development, Maintenance and Ongoing Support
* Develop test programs using Labview/TestStand programming languages to improve reliability, reduce test time and cost of electronic circuit designs
* Design and build new test fixtures/boxes (e.g. designing and building of PCBAs)
* Support of Global Test System used for functional PCBA testing and ICT development
* Support product transfer into Singapore based manufacturing supply chain which includes custom test equipment development, validation, maintenance and ongoing Support
* Apply engineering knowledge to understand and improvement manufacturing process and reliability
* Support and upgrade infrastructure equipment for contract manufacturing operations in SEA region
* Develop test fixtures, both automated and manual for electromechanical assemblies
* Provide training of suppliers on product testing

The Requirements:

* Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
* 3-5 Years of Experience in test development of analytical instruments
* Experience in supporting Electromechanical Assemblies / Instrumentation
* Excellent Communication skills; Ability to translate technical information to the business
* Strong structured problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements:

* Experience in NI LabView and NI Hardware
* Knowledge of programming languages
* Understanding of electrical and fluidic schematics as well as Mechanical Drawings
