Our Client:
This role is with our client a leading Multinational Tech company which specializes in internet -related services and products.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage the planning and execution of program launches across x-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved
* Responsible for organizing live experience, virtual learnings and other online events
* Responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders and handling the logistics
* Should possess some experience in managing on boarding programs for new hires
* Develop and implement a communication plan that provides visibility of planned launches, status of in-progress launches, issues and mitigations
The Requirements:
* Mandatory- BA/BS degree. 3- 5 years program and project management experience with L& D or event management background
* Prior experience in event management or Learning and development. Experience in Online or Virtual events is preferred
* Proven ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks, and adapt strategies to changing or conflicting requirements; organized and detail oriented to a high degree
* Proven ability to facilitate discussion and consensus between different team roles and/or management
* Technical aptitude and comfort with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred
