Job Description

Our Client

Our client is a Japanese renowned manufacturer in the Electric and Construction sector.

They are in the midst of HR transformation and would like to invite an energetic individual to join and lead the HR Team as a Manager

The Responsibilities:

* To ensure that Field Operations is adequately staffed.
* To provide administrative support to the department in terms of maintaining all employees' personal files and process HR claims for staff benefits.
* To render support to Field Service department such as answering enquiries on HR matters, processing PR and citizenship applications.
* To provide support to HR projects such as CSR activities and other company events.
* To renew work permit/S pass before their expiry dates
* To submit claims online (Childcare leave, extended childcare leave, paternity leave, NS-make-up pay)
* To conduct interviews recruiting technicians for Field Service
* To register colleagues for safety and ad-hoc training courses, update training records in Excel file and ensure proper filing records in P-file
* To check and approve leave records in the E-leave portal
* To keep track of employees due for confirmation
* To ensure insurance claims are processed
* To support company events
* Recruitment of technicians
* Comparison of course training providers
* Salary adjustment of technicians
* Approach/outcome regarding worker's issue/problems
* Other ad- hoc job required.

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/Degree in Business or any other related fields
* Good knowledge of the Employment Act and other Singapore labor rules and regulations
* Training support and Admin experience is an advantage
* Positive attitude and interpersonal skills to work with employees from all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
* Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
* Good coordination and organization skills
