Job Description

Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst who will be part of the APAC team to work closely with external and internal stakeholder across all functions/business supporting the implementation of Treasury Management System - Wall Street Suite (WSS) for APAC region.

This position will participate in any system deployment /upgrade projects related to Treasury working closely with Treasury Center of Expertise (CoE) to support continuous IT system improvement.

You will be involved in:

Business FitGap Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

* Involve in Gathering, Analyzing and Documenting of the Treasury Gaps and Requirements together with other Project IT team members, CoE team and Business Users;

* Update the finalized/approved requirements into ALM system;

* Provide support in Requirements or Fit/Gap Review meetings;

* Understand and document the end to end Treasury business processes and the impact for the module(domains) under WSS i.e. TRM (Trading), CMM (Cash) and ACM (Accounting);

* Support and advise project team for any system changes that results in gap and requirement for WSS interface with other applications including ERP and those within the project or defined scope;

Interfaces:

* Ensure that all interfaces to WSS interface including approved APAC localization interfaces are added and covered in under the global implementation template;

* Connect and coordinate any cross-system interface issues/activities between the solution build team and integration team.

System Testing, Training and Cutover

* Involve in the preparation, review and update of test scenarios in ALM or agreed template;

* Ensure testing scenarios traceability with business requirements;

* Support system testing activities during all test phases - SIT, UAT, Penny Testing and Dress Rehearsal;

* Support any cutover activities as agreed or aligned with the project team;

* Support any user training activities as agreed or aligned with the project team.

Required Education, Experience and Skill:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or MIS;

* Minimum 4 years of experience in TMS support for trading office, cash/liquidity management, accounting interfaces, static data management, regulatory reporting and external interfaces e.g. FXGO, FXTE;

* Knowledge of FX, interest rate products, equity/financing and the commodity markets is preferred but not mandatory;

* Implementation experience in TMS(WSS or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory;

* Working experience in a large and global MNC is strongly preferred;

* Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into business requirements;

* Able to articulate technical information effectively to non-technical people

* Business fluency in English and Chinese to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in China.
