Job Description

Our Client:

We are currently looking for a technician to work with a premium developer in Singapore. You will be hired under 1 year contract before consideration to a permanent based employment. Overtime allowance will be provided for approved overtime duties.

The Responsibilities:

* Conduct building / system inspection checks via mobile devices
* Supervising and coordinating with service vendors in term contracts and maintenance works
* Carry out electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning trouble-shooting and minor rectification works
* Monitor and control of Building Automation System
* Attending to queries / complaint from tenant and public
* Attending to emergencies like power failure, pipe leaking and air-conditioning breakdown
* Any other tasks as assigned by the team leader

The Requirements:

* NTC in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in retail industry
* Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office
* Able to be part of CERT member
* Able to perform shift duties and prepare to standby for emergency.
* No colour blindness due to nature of work
* A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
* You must comfortable to work on the following shift work: 8.30am to 5.30pm or 3.00pm to 11.00pm or 10.45pm to 8.45am on a 6-day work week schedule and subject to operational needs
