About Our Client And The Role:
We are currently working with an amazing international company that specialises in the Property Development and Construction Industry across Asia. They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to handle their projects in the tendering and execution stage to be a part of their dynamic project management team.
The Responsibilities:
* Lead the QS Department
* Oversee and Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients
* Establish commercial terms for different project arrangements entered by the organization
* Monitor and manage project budget by preparing relevant commercial reports
The Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Engineering/QS or other relevant qualification
* Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Construction (With good rail/trackwork project experience)
* Has experience leading a team
