Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading global provider of fluid control products and solutions for process and utility application.

The Responsibilities:

* Lead the local sales and customer service teams; Motivating and providing guidance to the Sales Engineer to achieve annual sales growth targets by designing and implementing growth plans
* Proactively develop key accounts and pursue major projects to secure wins together with team members
* Expand local market share within, finding new product applications, expanding customers base and winning over competitive accounts
* Initiate continuous improvements in internal sales processes to help raise productivity of the sales team by establishing effective CRM systems, as well as partnerships with customer service & operations teams to provide a high level of customer service to customers
* Sales team management including recruiting, coaching and performance management to create a best in class team

The Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales/business development in fluid control industry, with 5 years as a People Manager
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following markets: Water Treatment/ Microelectronics UPW/WWT / Building M&E
* Proven track records both in achieving sales targets and developing teams
* Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines
* Proactive and a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends
* Strong interpersonal and strong communication skills
