Our Client:
Our client is a prestigious developer with presence across 20 countries. In lieu of recent employee movement, our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager, 1 year contract to manage a prestigious retail property within the North of Singapore. This role reports to the Head of Department.
The Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Provide proper guidance and leadership to maintenance team to ensure best practices
* Manage and execute operation guideline and ensure all building regulations are adhered to
* Schedule and execute property maintenance framework
* Forecast and manage the department's annual budget
* Manage vendor specification, procurement and service reviews with assigned term contractors
* Facilitate with various department on A&A, refurbishment and Fitting -out projects for the assigned site
* Provide tactical leadership to the maintenance team and encourage best practices
The Requirements:
To qualify for Operations Manager position, you will need to:
* Possess a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or its equivalent from a recognized University
* Minimum 5 of working experience in similar function with a property owner based organization in Singapore
* Possess strong negotiation, customer service and conflict resolution abilities
* Those with Fire Safety and Green Mark certification will be preferred
* Experience in management of mix used development site and completion of complex refurbishment project will be preferred
* Shortlisted candidate must be comfortable with a 1-year contractual employment. Upon completion of 12 months contractual employment, the employed candidate can be subjected to conversion of a permanent based role
