Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is an MNC that develops and sells analytical instruments for process industries.

The Responsibilities:

* Work with a group of Application Consultants to support business development activities and end-user satisfaction, to achieve business goals. This also includes supporting in the daily operations of the solutions lab
* Collaborate with stakeholders and outdoor sales teams to provide credible and impartial pre and post sales consultancy and technical support, in a fast-paced manner
* Liaise with sales teams in assessing customer requirements and design analysis to showcase the capabilities of the product portfolio in line with their goals
* Conduct instrument demonstrations and provide technical advice to customers during the sales process
* Perform system and application training and technical support to customer after product installation, as well as internal trainings to outdoor sales teams

The Requirements:

* Degree / Masters / Ph.D in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
* 3-7 years of experience in consulting or end-user experience in analytical test instruments, especially Mass Spectrometry (MS)
* Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with analytical instruments (MS) (e.g. separation)
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Strong analytical thinking skills
* Proactive, action oriented and customer centric
* Able to travel at least 25% of the time
