Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a global brokerage house, a leading provider of integrated commodity services.

The Responsibilities:

* Support Managing Director in office management duties and provide clerical support
* Manage vendor relationships very well
* Prepare presentation materials in English and Chinese for Native Mandarin speaking stakeholders

The Requirements:

* Have at least 8-10 years of related experience working in the Financial Services industry
* Have experience in managing vendors and salespersons' relationships well
* Excellent verbal and written Mandarin communication skills as need to prepare PowerPoint slides in Chinese for Native Mandarin speaking stakeholders
* Being able to prepare presentation materials in Business Mandarin will be an advantage for Native Mandarin counterparts
