Our client is a game changer and first mover within commercial development. With many accolades and awards under its name, our client is actively looking to hire a seasoned and well-connected Senior Leasing Manager to join its team. This role reports to the Head of Group Leasing and is a hands-on role where you will be fostering strong business partnership with boutique and well-known commercial brands. You will be responsible in lease management of cluster of retail mall portfolio.
The Responsibilities:
As a Senior Leasing Manager, you will be tasked the following:
* Planning and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy mix for assigned portfolio
* Management of end to end lease function for assigned portfolio
* Value propose new leasing concept or tenant mix to help improve property performance
* Be the Company's ambassador by fostering strong tenant & landlord relationship
* Identification of retailers with intention to expand their footprint in Singapore and provide proper recommendation of sites to lease within the Company's existing property portfolio
* Provide constructive guidance and leadership to the leasing team in the assigned portfolio
* Keeping abreast with new tenant mix concept adopted in international countries and to bring forth "innovative" trade mix to the Company's portfolio
The Requirements:
To apply for Senior Leasing Manager, you should:
* Possess a recognized Degree in Real Estate or its equivalent from recognized tertiary providers
* Worked minimum 9 years on leasing function with at least 3 years in a supervisory/ managerial position
* Proven track record in bringing new lease concept or tenant mix will be preferred
* Possess traits like goal driven, enterprising and good organization ability will be a good fit for the team
* Candidate must be comfortable with a 30-40% travel arrangement (Eg: once to twice a month to overseas) once the restrictions for traveling are lifted
