Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its Headquarters in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for a Process Engineer.
The Responsibilities:
* To carry out basic design and to check design documents
* To draw up Compressor Data Sheet, process model for refrigeration and/or gas compression system (PFD), and HEX Data Sheet
* To do project management of refrigeration and gas compression system
* To supervise and coordinate site construction work (equipment, piping, insulation and wiring installation for refrigeration system) and on-site commissioning work
* To prepare/revise CAD drawings
* To provide technical support to sales team and after sales-service team
The Requirements:
* Prior experience in Refrigeration System / Gas Compression System for OGC sector
* Prior experience in Refinery, Petrochemical/Chemical Plant, Offshore Oil/Gas Facilities
* Prior experience in Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel, Instrumentations
* Prior experience in Industrial Refrigeration Systems with Ammonia Refrigerant
* Prior experience in Control System of Refrigeration System or Rotating Machine
* Knowledge in API, ASME and ASHRAE code
* MUST HAVE experience in Process Simulator and Heat Exchanger Design Program (HYSYS, PRO/II, EDR, HTRI Xchanger and etc.)
* AutoCAD, CADWorx Plant 3D, CADWorx P&ID
* Supervision of Site Construction
* Regulation and Safety Guidelines for Construction Work
