Our Client:

Our client is a top-tier Japanese full-service advertisement agency and one of the Top 10 marketing organization globally.

The Responsibilities:

* Our client is currently looking for an Account Director to:
* Be responsible to manage the business for the digital creative and branding led accounts, while managing the team
* Manage the existing clients businesses while growing them / build strong relationship and develop new businesses by bring in new clients or pitch opportunities
* Manage regional accounts and working closely with other offices in other oversea markets
* Lead the frontline of the business and need the dedication to create and apply an effective growth strategy to meet the budget for the company
* Emphasize the need for the organization to record positive changes / transformation and experience profit growth by doing so
* Be growth-oriented and be dynamic to meet up with the pace of competitors and overtake them towards re-positioning the organization in the digital domain
* Build strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of performance media operations and creative / production work of social content
* Anticipate problems and improve performance of the sales / marketing team
* Lead the team to provide the best service and knowledge in performance media, e-commerce and social content strategy
* Liaise with clients at a senior level (Sales / Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, etc)
* Complete REP's and proposals, follow up on submissions and close business. Be aware of organizational growth and the company's potential to meet the budget
* Drive growth by identifying and acquiring new pipeline leads / accounts by cross selling the digital marketing solutions to maximize the efficiency of the operations
* Monitor client's monthly P&L and manage budget and margin forecast planning for all accounts within the team
* Ensure the Agency generates a health Gross Margin for clients under the care
* Identify the risk and reach out to the accounts to ensure the company is retained
* The Account Director will report to Regional Business Director

The Requirements:

* Our client needs someone with the following skills:
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
* Proven experience as an Account Director or similar position
* Well experienced in holistically managing creative led branding campaigns
* Have a strong capability in leading the team for new business pitches
* Demonstratable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities to foster long term relationships with clients
* Up to date with latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
* Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead
* Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
