Our Client:
Our client is a top-tier Japanese full-service advertisement agency and one of the Top 10 marketing organization globally.
The Responsibilities:
* Our client is currently looking for an Account Executive to:
* Be responsible for the coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project
* Manage clients, operate digital media and operate creative production
* Work closely with digital media team and creative / studio production team
* Build a good relationship with clients and go extra miles by managing the client's expectations to win their trust
* Manage deadlines by making sure that everyone is doing what they need to do and define, schedule and estimate the task duration to maintain a realistic schedule
* Figure out the proper funding for the project and keep the project within or under the budget. Making the accurate estimate and monitor the actual spend as compared to the planned budget
* Report the detailed information to the team and project progress to the clients. The documentation must be collected, signed off on and archived by the end of a project, which provides a history that can be revisited in the future
* The Account Executive will be reporting to the Account Manager and Senior Account Executive
The Requirements:
* Our client needs someone with the following skills:
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
* Has basic understanding of digital media, display advertising, paid search, etc.
* Has experience working on digital media campaigns such as FB, IG, DV360
* Has experience working on social content productions
* Collaborative and open minded, willing to listen to others
* Quick and responsive
* Excellent attention to details
* Strong documenting skills
* A challenger who is open to taking up difficult tasks given by the client
* Decent communication skills in both oral and written Japanese is required to liaise with Native Japanese speaking clients and corporates
