Our Client:
My client, a Global Medical Device company is currently expanding and is hiring Field Service Engineers. In Singapore, their business is growing rapidly with several projects in place with leading hospitals in the country and the region.
The Responsibilities:
* Provide after sales equipment servicing activities such as repairs and maintenance (software and hardware) in ensuring quality delivered to customers in timely order
* Build rapport with customer during field visits while representing company in providing effective solutions to meet client's requirement
* Apply troubleshooting techniques to eliminate equipment malfunctions
* Provide technical support within the region when required. (Travel and standby duties)
* Work closely with commercial team to advise of activity related to sales opportunities
* Co-ordinate with contractors for site survey, project tender, site preparation and installation work
The Requirements:
* Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Engineering
* Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field
* Computer knowledge of networking of two & three tier configurations
* International travel up to 30% of time
* Own a valid class 2b or 3 driving license
