Our Client:
Our client is a metal parts manufacturer, originally founded in Japan.
They are now looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Attending to customers' enquiries, orders processing, liaise with Japan head office and subsidiary office in South East Asia
* Liaise with customers on order forecast and delivery schedule, prepare documents& shipping arrangement
* Prepare monthly sales report, support sales team in new projects development
The Requirements:
* Able to perform documentation work, proper filing and organized
* Experience in manufacturing environment, shipping knowledge would be advantage
* Self-initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
