Our Client:
Our client is a top-tier Japanese full-service advertisement agency and one of the Top 10 marketing organization globally.
The Responsibilities:
* Our client is currently looking for an Account Manager to:
* Be responsible for the coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization
* Handle the regional business of Japanese accounts
* Work closely with oversea offices such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand along with Japan HQ
* Manage the project in performance / digital media operations and brand asset and social content development
* Build a good relationship with the client's brand managers and deliver beyond what is expected to earn the client's trust
* Take a leadership role with an existing team or create one
* Manage deadlines by making sure that everyone is doing what they need to do and define, schedule and estimate the task duration to maintain a realistic schedule
* Figure out the proper funding for the project and keep the project within or under the budget. Making the accurate estimate and monitor the actual spend as compared to the planed budget
* Report the detailed information to the team and project progress to the clients. The documentation must be collected, signed off on and archived by the end of a project, which provides a history that can revisit in the future
* The Account Manager will report to Account Director
The Requirements:
* Our client needs someone with the following skills:
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
* Has basic understanding of digital media, display advertising, paid search, etc.
* Has experience in managing digital media campaigns such as FB, IG, DV360
* Has experience in managing social content productions
* Collaborative and open minded, willing to listen to others
* Quick and responsive
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong documenting skills
* A challenger who is up to taking up difficult tasks given from the client
* Business level skills in both oral and written Japanese is required to liaise with native Japanese speaking clients and corporates
