About Our Client And The Role:

Our client is a world class developer in Asia who is looking to hire a team of five (05) Senior Executive/ Executive, Retail Management professionals. These are newly approved permanent based headcount positions to cater for the company's new business direction in the coming years. The position holder will report directly to the Centre Manager/ General Manager of the assigned mall. You be the key mediator in fostering strong tenant relations between landlord and occupiers. As multiple positions are available across Singapore, please indicate your place of residence.

The Responsibilities:

As a Retail Management Executive/ Senior Executive, your responsibilities are:

* Fostering of an engaging relationship between occupiers and landlord
* Oversee the occupier's business performance and identify opportunities to help in terms of expanding market presence within Singapore
* Maintain high touch points with occupiers to understand the occupiers' business approach/ strategy
* Maintain an active communication with occupiers on matters relating to complaints, operational issues and lease agreement
* Keep your superior posted on any pending lease matters/ issues that remained unresolved
* Provide support on lease management and administration matters
* Verify that all property tax levied is in line with committed rentals
* Preparation and scrutiny on occupier's sales performance and leasing variance report
* Help in the preparation of annual budget forecasting from any projected leasing revenue

The Requirements:

The requirements to apply for Retail Management Executive/ Senior Executive:

* Graduate with a recognized Degree /Diploma in Business Administration or it's equivalent
* Possess at least 2 years' of relevant experience in tenancy liaison, lease management or retail management role
* Display characteristic of an effective communicator with strong written and presentation skills
* Possess ability to work as a strong collaborator in a team with ability to innovate to tackle work issue
* Possess a minimum intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
* Strong attention to details and organized multi-tasker with good prioritization skill
