About Our Client And The Role:

Our client is a world class developer in Asia who is looking to hire a team of five (05) Manager, Retail Management professionals. These are newly approved permanent based headcount positions to cater for the company's new business direction in the coming years. The position holder will report directly to the Centre Manager/ General Manager of the assigned mall. You will be the key person in fostering strong tenant relations between landlord and occupiers. As multiple positions are available across Singapore, the shortlisted candidate should be open to based at any portfolio assigned by the management.

The Responsibilities:

As a Retail Management Manager, your key duties include:

* The go to intermediary for occupiers in mall for any enquiries on leasing
* Enable more cross partnership between the mall occupiers and the marketing communication team on activities that drives business returns
* Assist on matters with relations to tenancy design, operations that the mall occupiers have raised
* Keep the hiring manager updated on any pending issues with tenants
* Support the HQ based leasing team on lease matters
* Verify that all property tax levied are in accordance to rental commitment
* Generate monthly lease report
* Monitor and oversee the mall occupier's sales performance
* Assist in forecasting of budget especially on revenue generated from all forms of leasing activities

The Requirements:

The requirements to apply for this role includes:

* Graduate with a recognized Degree /Diploma in Business Administration or it's equivalent
* Possess at least 5 years' of relevant experience in tenancy liaison, lease management or retail management role
* Displayed characteristic of an effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
* Possess ability to work as a strong collaborator in a team with ability to innovate to tackle work issue
* Possess a minimum intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
* Strong attention to details and organized multi-tasker with good prioritization skill
