About Our Client And The Role:

This role is with my client - A multi tech company which specializes in internet -related services and products. As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will support the new merchant as they onboard through the process and activate their campaigns.

The Responsibilities:

* Ensure smooth onboarding for new merchants and support new campaign activation
* Drive adoption of best practices to help merchants deliver ROI as per expectations
* Identify systemic onboarding issues & propose solutions
* Support and enable E-Comm Agency to help them activate clients at scale
* Identify churned advertisers and drive re-engagement through sales teams
* Collaborate with a team of product Specialists, Engineers, and Sales to ensure success of the overall partnerships

The Requirements:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* Minimum 4 years of experience working in marketing, sales and/or operations in the e-commerce industry
* Understanding client's Ads products (Search, Shopping, Display, etc.) including launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns (audience strategies, feed optimization, automated solutions)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and developed business judgement; professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
