Our Client:
Our Client is a successful Japanese hedge fund company. They are looking for someone who can help office related matters to operate business smoothly.
The Responsibilities:
* General secretarial and administrative duties and any other ad hoc matters
* Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
* Coordinates meetings and reservation of meeting rooms
* Prepare and distributing papers and documents, answer the phone and queries, and handle reception
* Handling of Purchase Order and arrangement of shipment
The Requirements:
* Relevant working experience is preferred
* Business level of Japanese to liaise with Native Japanese speaking stakeholders
* Good communication skills, strong learning ability and multi-tasking skills
* Able to work according to Japanese Working Hour and Calendar
