Our Client:
Our client is growing MNC company who specialize in haircutting.
The Responsibilities:
* Creating a strategic medium-to long-term outlet deployments plan with MD
* Analyze sales trend ,market trend and report to MD
* Plan and execute marketing activities / improve corporate branding and publicity
* Manage Business Development /admin team
* Find new outlet opportunity with MD
* Leasing renewal, negotiation with developer/landlord with MD
* Conduct Monthly sales meeting with Operation Manager to improve sales of each outlet
* Manager 3 staffs
The Requirements:
* More than 3 years of work experience in Marketing/Business Development
* Management experiences
* Diploma /Degree in Business Studies
* Excellent team player with sharp analytical skills
* number oriented person
* Good reporting, analytic skill and
* Good communication skills, (verbally and in writing)
* Good to have skills / knowledge / experience
* Leasing renewal Experience or outlet management
