Our Client:

Our client is growing MNC company who specialize in haircutting.

Key duties, responsibilities:

* To handle payroll, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefit & any other related office matters
* To maintain HR policies and related rules and regulations to employee handbook
* To manage good relations between employee and employer
* To challenge HR/Admin planning and improvement
* Handle customer service complain
* Interviewing candidates
* Such other duties as the Company may assign or vest in you from time to time.
* Job Requirements(Skills, knowledge, experience, humanity, etc.)
* More than 5 years of work experience in HR
* Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations
* Motivated to develop HR career
* Mandarin speaking candidate is required to liaise with Native mandarin speaking internal stakeholder
* Good communication skills, (verbally and in writing)
